As of late, there has been a rise amongst young girls and women with a particular brand of handbags and related accessories by a manufacturer called Montana West. The various collections of handbags by this designer series can only be described as eclectic and artistic. Perhaps some may describe them as strange or quirky. Looking at one of these pieces one may easily mistake them to be a one-off custom piece created by a local artist with a peculiar imagination. However, these are an actual product line and given how popular they are with the targeted demographic they must be available for a very reasonable price, practically pennies on the dollar at some Montana West wholesale markets online.
So what are these mysterious handbags? To give an example of one such particular quirky design the Montana West Sugar Skull line of handbags is probably the best representative of their unusual style. It is rather eye-catching and very attractive with a Mexican “Day of the Dead” style sugar skull (hence the name) embroidered in bright colors on one side of the leather bag; it has studs outlining the flowery design adding a bit of metallic bling to the pattern. According to an initial survey, along with the various gaudier color and style options, there are also many understated options for those with less flamboyant tastes. There are several other collections in the series such as Aztec, Bible Verse, Texas, Camo, Tooling and so forth.
Beyond just handbags the Montana West wholesale product line also provides various accessories — wallets, boots, and even home decor all fitting in their mash up of quality embroidery and bling meeting spiritual, western, and eclectic styles.
One of our staff was tasked to review and put together an ensemble for what they would wear themselves given their particular preferences. So from amongst the myriad collections available they settled on the Fringe Collection, handbags harkening just a bit back to the Seventies with the fringes being their defining feature. They selected a stylish black handbag with fine fringes draping the sides and a light-blue Cross on leather along with bling dominating near the top of the bag. This was from the Western Spiritual Collection. The handbag was snapclose with a few zippered and few open pockets and single strap to carry. Overall, the item was clearly focused more towards a casual day or evening outing. This handbag was combined with a pair of plain black Ugg style boots with an even fringe around the top and together they made a very nice set.
The search continued with the staff member. In the process they selected from amongst the gaudy collection of belts an understated black leather belt from their Spiritual Collection. This one had many understated Crosses on it all around. So with all of those pieces it makes for a very complete experience for young women seeking a quirky unusual style while giving it their own personal touch.
