Make sure that you are consuming a light, but balanced diet along with your detox juice so that your body doesn’t go into starvation mode and begin to store any substance that you ingest. You also want to keep a balanced diet to assist the cleanse in revitalizing your body. After all, you’re doing a detox juice to be healthy, right?

Listen to Your Body:

This is especially important if you are trying a detox of cleanse for the first time. Not every detox juice is going to be right for your body; or a juice may be fine for your body for a certain amount of time. If you feel that something is wrong, stop the cleanse and, if the issue persists, make sure to speak to your doctor sooner rather than later.

A detox juice can be really helpful to you as part of a cleanse or even as part your daily nutritional intake. Just make sure not to overdo and to listen to your body in case of trouble.
